Kout bo 4 is a mini game for Kout bo 6 , the difference is that it's played by 4 players instead of 6 and each team consists of 2 players. In addition, the other difference is that in the game of koutbo4, some group of cards must be removed from the cards, and they are (2-3-4-5 from each Suit and the 6 will remain in the Suits of clubs and spades. Rank of Cards. The cards in each suit rank: A (high), K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6

Note: Ace of the trump suit is bigger than the black joker and the rest of the other aces the black joker is bigger than they.

Starting the Game:

The dealer distributes 9 cards to each player, face down, beginning with the player on his right each player in turn may make a bid or pass, the highest bidder names the trump suit. The highest bidder by making the opening lead. Other players must follow suit if possible. A player who cannot follow suit may trump or discard at will. A hand is won by the highest card played of the suit led, or, if it contains a trump, by the highest trump. The winner of a hand leads next.

The end of the game:

It depends on the agreement among the 2 team before starting the game the end will be when any team reaches to 51, 71, or 101 and any team that reach to this number will win. In case if any team calls bawan in the first , the game will end if the team who calls bawan wins their 9 hands.

Players:

It played as teams were two players facing each other are in one team and one score.

Joker:

The cards that show the picture of the jester can be used any time and here is an explanation the difference between the Red and Black joker:

Red Joker: is the largest in this game

Black joker: is the 3rd largest card after the red joker and the ace of the trump

Note: The joker and maker cannot be played in the beginning of the game in case if one of the players calls bawan (36) or 8

Conditions before starting the game:

After trump suit This condition the joker and maker will not be played, unless all the cards of the trump suit had come down

After the Ace In this circumstance, it can be played following the ace of the trump suit which the player calls, in case if the Ace is not in the cards of the player who called, it can be played anytime

It's bids he can win with the help of his teammate and its will be started with the person who distributed the cards to the person in the right to call until it reaches to the last person

Pass :Its pass over to the next player without any one calling

Malzom: No one call this unless the last player

Five: Five hands to win and will fail when the other team gets five hands

Six: Six hands to win and will fail when the other team gets four hands

Seven: Seven hands to win and will fail when the other team gets three hands

Eight: Eight hands to win and will fail when the other team gets two hands

Bawan: Its the hardest call in the rounds were the team must win nine hands , will fail if the other team gets one hand
 

Counting the points:

Malzom: winning team will earn 5 points. In case of losing, the other team receives 5 points

Five: winning team will earn 5 points. In case of losing, the other team receives 10 points

Six: winning team will earn 6 points. In case of losing, the other team receives 12 points

Seven: winning team will earn 7 points. In case of losing, the other team receives 14 points

Eight: winning team will earn 8 points. In case of losing, the other team receives 16 points

Bawan: winning team will earn 36 points. In case of losing, the other team receives 18 points

All the cards of rank 6 and lower from all suits are removed and not used in play. The jokers are also removed, which leaves 32 cards in the game with each player getting 8 cards in his hand. The two players facing each other work as a team to win as many high ranking cards as possible. While the goal of games like kout and spades is to win as many rounds in a single hand, Balot differs slightly in that the goal is not to win as many rounds as possible, but to win the rounds in which high ranking cards are played in. As such, cards are associated with point value, and winning as many cards with high values by winning the rounds they are played in would win you the game.

In a 2 or 3 player game, only 1 deck of cards is used. In 4 or 5 player game, 2 decks of cards are used. In all cases however, only two jokers are used.
